Your IQ agent is on hand at any time to give you all the advice and collective knowledge about the Queenstown Investment property market and what is involved in buying and selling your property.

But we also strongly urge you to do your own research and get independent advice.

The Real Estate Authority provides some excellent resources in this regard as well as providing a number of approved guides and information sheets which should always be made available to you by your real estate agent.

Here are some helpful links to help you get to know what is involved and what you should expect from your agent when buying or selling a property in New Zealand:
AML
All Real Estate agents in New Zealand are required to verify the identity of their clients in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) legislation. This is called Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and we must undertake this process before we are able to market your property.
REA
IQ (Invest Queenstown Limited) is licensed under the Real Estate Agents Act (2008) and therefore our agents are bound by the Real Estate Agents Act. The REA provides guidance for buyers and sellers to help you understand the the real estate transaction, what you should expect and some of the key risks and issues to watch for.
